Dr. Peter Yoon is passionate about comprehensive eye care. He manages various conditions, including dry eye, styes, acute red eyes, cataracts, macular degeneration, glaucoma, and keratoconus. During his training, he was president of SUNY's Student Volunteer Optometric Services to Humanity (SVOSH) chapter and a member of the Gold Key International Optometric Honor Society and Contact Lens Education And Research (CLEAR) Club.
Dr. Yoon excels in fitting various contact lenses, such as multifocal, gas-permeable (GP), hybrid, and scleral lenses. He is certified for MiSight and NaturalVue 1-Day contact lenses for myopia management and Paragon CRT, MOONLENS, and Euclid orthokeratology contact lenses for overnight vision correction.
Outside work, Dr. Yoon enjoys seeking out great food and coffee, capturing moments with his camera while exploring new places, and unwinding with video games or streaming content. He is also a passionate dog lover, enjoying the company of furry friends.
